Why Choose Purple Fete?

Purple Fete was founded in 2000 in order to set a new standard in villa rentals. As an experienced traveler to Tuscany, and specifically villa rentals, we learned that there was room for a better product. 

What makes Purple Fete different?

  • Direct Representation-Many companies represent houses that they have never seen, or in many cases they are not the direct representatives of the villas, often sourcing the villas from other agents.  Purple Fete only works directly with the owners, a Purple Fete representative has personally inspected each house with strict criteria, and we review them on a regular basis.
     
  • Highest & Consistent Quality-In looking at other companies you will find many have portfolios that are of mixed quality, making one wonder what criteria do they use for representation? Consider that we only represent a fraction of the villas we review, routinely turning down villas that don’t match our criteria.
     
  • Concierge Services-The services provided by many companies are few and far between, making them much more of a rental company rather than an experience provider.  Purple Fete offers the most customized experience, everything from cooking classes from shuttle service from the airport.  Additionally, every house has someone to help manage your experience, whether that is an individual concierge, live-in staff, owner/manager, or in several cases a combination of representatives.
     
  • Accurate Presentation-Several times owners have sent us photos in order to become part of our portfolio, but on close inspection the photos are not always a good representation of the reality, which brings us to the next important point.  Are a few photos enough to make a decision?   And what agency can you trust?  We have seen 100+ villas and represent a fraction of that-we are extremely selective.  Additionally, we provide a multitude of photos, and now have a DVD that has videos of many of the houses. The fact that we always want to show more rather than less speaks to the confidence we have in our product.
