After submitting your application, we will apprise you of the availability of the 
property for the dates requested. Please provide a photocopy of your passport. 
Once your reservation is confirmed, we ask that a deposit be made within five 
days and the Rental Agreement be printed, signed, and returned with your 
deposit to:

Upon receipt of payment, you will be sent a confirmation invoice, detailing the 
time of your trip and the rental details (any extras due in advance).
