Summary

Villa Nobile is two kilometers from Montepulciano, located on a sprawling estate in one of the most beautiful parts of Tuscany.   It is lovely during all seasons.  Taking a walk in the woods and vineyards surrounding the estate offers you the opportunity to discover the wild scents of broom in the spring, and mushrooms in the fall. It is not unusual to encounter deer and hare during a hike.

The wisteria arbor is a perfect spot for tasting the olive oil and wine produced by the farm, while enjoying spectacular sunsets and the sight of sheep grazing in the fields. Immerse yourself in the stillness of nature and you immediately forget the cares of city life without sacrificing any of its comforts. The bathrooms are all equipped with hydromassage tubs and steam room showers. The rooms are equipped with satellite television, mini-bars and air conditioning. Winter months offer the romantic comforts of a cozy fire in the individual fireplaces in each of the rooms.

Exterior

The large estate has vineyards, hiking trails, and a manicured lawn surrounding the villas hill top perch.  There is a large pool, with ample seating for 12 and a vast unspoiled panorama of the surrounding countryside and Montepulciano.  

Interior

This enchanting old, stone farmhouse has three guestrooms and a large salon with a fireplace where, in the cold months, you can curl up with a book and a glass of the wonderful, local wine. There is also a large eat in kitchen with fireplace, which is perfect for dining in the cooler months.  

In the adjacent building are three more guestrooms with a breathtaking view of Pienza. While enjoying breakfast in the charming greenhouse next to the pool, you can take in the splendor of sunflowers in bloom or luscious grapes on the vine, depending on the season.

The Bedrooms

Suite “Pienza” is located on the first floor of the house and is the largest bedrooms, overlooking Pienza. The suite consists of king size wrought iron bed, fireplace, air conditioning, television LCD TV and safe.  There is an ensuite bath with dual sink, separate shower and large whirlpool tub.

Suite Bosco, located on the first floor of the main house has a small lounge in front of the fireplace for intimate moments of relaxation. It has views of the surrounding vineyards and woods. There is a fireplace, air conditioning, LCD television and safe. There is an ensuite bathroom with large Jacuzzi and shower.

Room “Montefollonico” located on the first floor of the main house is intimate and tastefully furnished with a view of the beautiful of the surrounding landscape and vineyards.  It is equipped with every comfort, including fireplace, air conditioning, LCD television and safe. There is an ensuite bath with hydromassage bath and shower.

"Cerro" located on the ground floor of the annex, It offers all the comfort characteristics of the rooms at Villa Nobile. It has a conditioning, fireplace, LCD satellite TV, safe with a small private terrace to enjoy beautiful landscapes. There is an ensuite bath with dual sinks, hydromassage tub and separate shower.

“Uliveto” so called because situated opposite the large olive grove. It has distant views of the town of Pienza. It has a private garden terrace for intimate moments of relaxation.  There is an ensuite bath with tub and shower.

“Girasole” is warm and cozy with breathtaking views of Pienza, also with a private garden terrace. There is an ensuite bath with tub and shower.
