The owners of this private home lovingly and tastefully restored the villa into an elegant, yet comfortable country home. The house has been updated with modern amenities, while retaining original details, and a traditional design. It is in a private location with stellar views, a special place to spend your vacation.

Exterior

The expansive garden has a prominent, mature Magnolia tree that is the focus of a beautifully landscaped Garden. There are expansive views 360 degrees around the villa because of its elevated perch. The pool which is about 10 x 15 meters has beautiful views, appointed with teak furniture, and there a shaded lounge area that

Interior

Ground Floor

The entrance foyer, or living room has vaulted ceilings and a generous seating area with large stone fireplace. The house has several details from different periods in the villas history, including Mattoni floors, and intricate wood details.
There is a second living room/study, and dining room, both filled with original details, antiques, artwork and bookcases There is comfortable seating in and a TV/with VCR.
The dining room provides comfortable seating for 12. The refined room with period artwork, antique server, and table, as well as a lovely view, is perfect for formal dinners.
The eat-in kitchen, with access to the outside terrace, is perfect for cooking, socializing, or both! A mix of modernity and classic design, it is a perfect country kitchen. The kitchen has all necessary amenities, including a large 6 burner stove, ample marble counter space, microwave, dishwasher, microwave, dishwasher, and dual sinks. The white marble counters, and white wood cabinets, along with the marble kitchen table, create a bright, inviting environment perfect for morning coffee.

Bedrooms

All Bedrooms have temperature-controlled thermostats with AC.
The ground floor has a large double bedroom with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. There is an antique armoire and vanity and the windowed ensuite bath has Jacuzzi tub with handheld shower.

First Floor

A large double bedroom with twin beds that can combine, views of surrounding countryside, ample shelving, antique dresser, and ensuite windowed bathroom with tub and handheld shower.

There is a frescoed second bedroom with barrel-vaulted ceilings. As in other bedrooms, the bedroom is appointed with antiques, including a lovely antique dresser. The large bathroom has a marble shower, including a tub, marble vanity with dual sinks.

Double bedroom with two twins that combine has an antique dresser and ample closet space. This bedroom has a private marble bathroom with tub and separate shower.

A double bedroom with King size bed with antique bed, TV/DVD, antique armoire, marble fireplace, and private terrace. The marble bathroom has tub with handheld shower, dual sinks and separate shower.

Guest House

The original tower of the castle, it is made up of two levels, the bottom living room area, is adorned with animal trophies as the owner is an accomplished hunter. Stairs lead up to a large bedroom with king sized bed. There is an ensuite bath with a shower stall.
